Work Experience
Spent time working on personal projects, portfolio development, online courses, and self-training while continuing to improve my skills in game art and VFX. During this period, I also worked various jobs including delivery, promoter, restaurant service, and freelance work, which strengthened my adaptability, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Responsible for generally all related missing roles in the project Operatives: Revolve, with main tasks including designing, creating, and implementing VFX, implementing SFX, and creating or adjusting shaders for VFX, as well as additional responsibilities such as marketing data analysis and research, marketing press kit preparation, event marketing and target audience studies, creating tools to speed up implementation, game testing, Chinese localization, UX and gameplay design documentation, and other supporting documentation tasks.
Worked as a game tester, 3D modeling freelancer, Excel macro plugin developer, and Python plugin developer, and also worked in various part-time and service roles including durian buffet staff, traditional Chinese restaurant staff (chef, waiter, cleaner, and cashier), electrician assistant, air-conditioning service assistant, and Lalamove driver.
Responsible for 3D art modeling, documentation, and guiding trainees, with work experience on projects including Medal of Honor: Above and Beyond, CrossFire, and various confidential R&D projects.
Responsible for interactive R&D projects for both Unity and Unreal Engine, including 3D modeling and Unity programming, with work experience on projects such as company portfolio development, Sunway Velocity 2 interactive systems, and Setia Alam Impian e-brochure applications.
Responsible for Unity programming, including developing internal tools to improve workflow and project efficiency, as well as documenting technical notes and handover instructions for the next programmer to continue development on Fires at Midnight.

Level Up KL Play 2024 — Enigma Equation Booth Assistant
Supported the Enigma Equation booth at Level Up KL's Play exhibition, engaging attendees with product demonstrations, explaining game concepts, and representing the studio brand to industry visitors and the public.
Global Game Jam 2023 — 3D Artist
Collaborated in a 48-hour game jam, creating 3D assets and visual elements alongside designers and programmers. Delivered a functional game build under extreme time pressure, strengthening cross-discipline communication and rapid iteration skills.
